POLICY

1. Custom Artwork & Design Process

All pieces are custom-designed in collaboration with the client’s vision, space, and aesthetic preferences. Upon inquiry, a brief consultation is scheduled to understand your goals, followed by a formal proposal with concept, materials, timeline, and pricing.

2. Deposits & Payments
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the project and begin the creative process. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery or project completion.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or approved digital platforms.

3. Revisions
Each custom piece includes one round of minor revisions. Additional changes beyond the agreed design may incur an extra fee, depending on scope.

4. Timeline
Typical turnaround time is 2–4 weeks, depending on project size and material availability. Rush services are available upon request and subject to an additional fee.

5. Installation & Delivery

  • Murals & finishes: On-site installation is scheduled in coordination with the client. The workspace must be clean and ready for painting.

  • Canvas pieces: Shipping or hand delivery can be arranged. Packaging and delivery fees vary depending on location.
    Note: Client is responsible for preparing the space and ensuring access.

6. Cancellation & Refunds
Because all work is custom-made, deposits are non-refundable. If a project is canceled after work has begun, additional costs may apply depending on progress made.

7. Copyright & Usage Rights
Esteban Monsalve retains copyright of all original artwork. Clients may not reproduce or resell artwork without written permission. Artwork may be featured in Esteban’s portfolio or promotional materials unless otherwise requested.

8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details, measurements, and approvals. Delays in communication or space readiness may affect timelines.
